Friday, April 4th:

Mockingbird Cafe, Bay St. Louis, MS: Literary Artists on Stage, open to public, free admission. 5:00 PM until... (coffee shop closes at 11:00 PM)

Saturday, April 5th:

Magnolia Plantation, Gulfport, MS:
8:30 AM to 10:00AM - Annual Meeting (members only)
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Spring Retreat with John Floyd (members only)
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Lunch and writing assignments (members only)
2:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Complete Spring Retreat with John Floyd (members only)
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM John Floyd lecture/workshop, open to the public. $10.00 Fee required; $5.00 fee for Seniors/Students.

JOHN FLOYD, Facilitator: John Floyd's short stories have appeared in The Strand Magazine, Grit, Woman's World, Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine, and many other publications. He has been nominated three times for the Pushcart Prize, and a number of his stories are available on Amazon Shorts. A book of his short fiction, Rainbow's End, was released in October 2006. He is the recipient of the 2007 Derringer Award.
