ENCOURAGING EMERGING ARTISTS
The Council has established several grants, awarded annually,
to provide funding for Starkville area students to develop their
individual talents in a variety of disciplines. The grants can be
used to attend arts festivals, arts related competitions, workshops
or camps. Funding is also allocated to promote various productions
and activities on the campus of Mississippi State University.
